Hola - November 14th

Family,
Well, to start out, today has been pretty good, but I think I am catching a cold. I decided to play soccer anyways because it has been forever since I have been able to move around like that. I feel it was worth it even though now I feel a bit exhausted and can feel the cold coming on even quicker. What can you do.
The baptism that we had scheduled for this week was canceled. Unfortunately Nahuel and Natividad haven´t been able to get married yet, but they are working on it. They are just waiting for paperwork or something. I don´t really understand too well. So we will have to move the bautismal date and I don´t know for when yet. Still we were able to teach the mother and sister of Natividad and they all came to church this last week. Nahuel is really helping out a lot since he already knows about the church (he being a member and all). He has really changed his life around to get it in line with the gospel teachings and he is bringing all his family with him.
We have also been able to find a lot of new investigators lately. And to answer your question, each companionship has one area that that work in. We have two because the misión doesn´t have enough missionaries. The whole misión has been working on getting the same system down for the whole misión so we recently redid our area books and made a bunch of maps and divided our areas into sectors so that we can work in the same spot for the day. I know I should love my area, and I do, but it is a frustration sometimes because it is so big and we have members all over the place. But I think we have finally reorganized things and are working a bit more effectively now.
As for piano classes, we have piano classes every Saturday and we teach members, investigators and whoever wants to come. We haven´t had a ton of people, but we are working with a fairly large group now. It has been rewarding and pretty fun.
Speaking of piano, this last week I placed the piano for the primary program here. Mom if you think our primary is small you need to see here. There was still a good 20 kids here for the entire primary. A lot of them were really small though. It was a lot of fun. Okay actually they asked me to play for the barrio of Tacuarí and we did divisions in church so that I could do it. They don´t have anyone that plays the piano. The next week I am going to play for our rama in villa cabello. It should be fun. I love the little children.
As for the time change, that doesn´t happen here in Argentina. We keep the same hour all year around. It gets really Light pretty early in the morning here right now and I am not a fan.
And the haircut thing, well luckily we have a peluquería right by the pension with a lady that knows what she is doing. She does a nice job, but she also takes a ton of time. She likes to talk to the missionaries. We tried to teach her the first lesson once but it didn´t really go well as the power in the city cut. We should try and go teach her again because she also has an awesome son (about 19 years old) who should listen as well. The problem is every time we pass by they are closed seeing as it is right around siesta every time we pass by. We will see what we can do.
Well that pretty much sounds like my life right now. We have transfers coming up and I feel like I will probably have another transfer here, but who knows. I want to leave and at the same time I want to stay because I feel like we finally got things going good. Who knows, there could be 2 more elders coming in that will take over one of our areas. That could be hard too.
Well family love you all and hope you have a great week.
Elder Aaron McDonald
