These are the famed facturas that are the doughnut of Argentina. So good, especially these ones from the supermarket in Jardín America! They always tasted so much better early in the morning p-day on the way to write the family (internet had to be done first thing in the morning because it was so slow later on and the kids were always playing their games)

A weird solar eclipse type thing that happened while I was there in the heat of summer in Jardín America. That was kind of strange when the sun darkened and there was a huge ring around the sun. “The end is coming!” It didn’t last long though. Man it was HOT that day!

A video of the typical thunderstorm that always seems to come sweeping through misiones. Man those things come on quickly! One moment it can be clear skies and the next moment you might be soaked and trudging along in the mud without paraguas. I have developed the habit of always having plastic bags with me to protect my scriptures and whatnot from getting wet.
