hey - March 12th

Hey family,
I don´t have a lot of time to write today because we have interviews with president today at 3:00. Kind of gets in the way of pday activities. We spent the morning cleaning the pension and left a little later, but I am so glad we have our apartment in order now. It is still small, but now at least it is clean.
As far as the package goes, I was thinking that you could send an EFY 2007 cd. I could use more music like that. Also I need speakers for my MP3 player because a lot of times my companions don´t have speakers either. The MP3 player is working great though. Maybe you could send a couple of pairs of garments if that is okay to do. I am good on hygiene items. They have all that here. Treats are always good if you want to send some of those (Swedish fish, starbursts, I don’t know what else).
I have been gone a lot lately on divisions and what not and a lot of our appointments with investigators fell through this week, but we still have these great families to teach. No one made it to church which was pretty frustrating because we were counting like 11 people that said they would come and we tried to pass by and make arrangements for everyone and everything.
Dad the time has changed here in Argentina due to the new president. We were five hours different but now we are at 4.
I didn´t get your email from last week. My comp finishes his mission in two transfers (after this one that we are in).
One thing that I have been thinking a lot about lately is that I really haven’t had a lot of baptisms in my mission. We are always talking about strengthening ourselves so that the mission has more baptisms and we have a goal right now to baptize a family every 3 months. I want to do this so badly and I do all I can to bring people to Christ, but sometimes I really don´t know why I haven´t had such visible success in my mission. I know that what I am doing is important and that I am planting seeds and all that, but it is still hard not to be able to see results. The only thing that is keeping me going at times is knowing that I have talked with a lot of really good people and that there is the chance that further down the road they will accept the gospel. But it can be hard to see.
Well I gotta get going really quick, but I want to let you all know that I love you.
